Terms of service

Last updated October 4, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Productabot LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which operates MailQL. By creating an account or using MailQL, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 to use MailQL. Keep access to your email address secure, since that's how you sign in. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

What you forward

AI can be wrong

MailQL uses AI to read emails and answer questions. It's usually right, and it marks values it isn't sure of, but it can make mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it: an amount you'll pay, a date you'll commit to, a number you'll call.

Plans and billing

Changes and availability

We're always improving MailQL, so features may change. We work to keep it running, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Ending things

You can stop using MailQL and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law or the situation (like an attack in progress) prevents it. After an account closes, its data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.

Disclaimers and liability

MailQL is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Neither we nor our suppliers are liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about MailQL is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

The rest

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If we change them, we'll update this page and, for changes that matter, email account holders at least 30 days before they apply. Using MailQL after that means you accept the new terms. Questions go to hello@mailql.com.
