Turn Shopify order emails into a spreadsheet

Shopify emails you each new order. MailQL turns them into rows with the order number, customer, items, total and ship-to, so you can see orders from Shopify next to orders from anywhere else you sell.

Free for 25 emails a month.

What each email becomes

ChannelOrder #CustomerItemsTotalShip to
Shopify1042Emily Ross2 × Sea Salt Candle 8oz; 1 × Driftwood Candle 12oz$68.85Austin, TX

All the columns: Channel, Order #, Customer, Items, Total, Ship to. You can rename, add or remove any of them.

Good to know

  • Each item is listed with its quantity in the Items column.
  • Digital orders and gift cards leave Ship to empty.
  • Anything MailQL isn't sure of is highlighted for you to check, with the words from the email it came from.
  • Download the table as CSV whenever you like, send each new row to a webhook (Zapier and Make included), or ask questions like "how many this month?".
