Turn website contact form submissions into a spreadsheet
Squarespace, Wix, WordPress and most site builders email you each contact-form submission. Forward them to a MailQL leads mailbox and your website inquiries sit in the same list as your other leads.
Free for 25 emails a month.
What each email becomes
| Source | Name | Phone | Job | Location | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Website | Linda Park | (850) 555-0102 | lindapark@example.com | AC repair | 55 Bay Ave, Eastpoint |
All the columns: Source, Name, Phone, Email, Job, Location, Wanted by, Details. You can rename, add or remove any of them.
Set it up in two minutes
- Make a mailbox in MailQL and pick Home-service leads. You get an address like
leads-k7f3qd@in.mailql.com. - In Gmail, open Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP and add that address. Confirm it with the code MailQL shows you.
- Search Gmail for
subject:("form submission" OR "new submission" OR "contact form"), choose Create filter, and tick Forward it to your MailQL address. - New website contact form submissions turn into rows as they arrive. Forward a few old ones by hand to fill the table now.
Good to know
- The Source column says "Website", so you can see how many leads your own site brings in compared with lead services.
- Text that tries to give the AI instructions, as spam forms sometimes do, is treated as text, not obeyed.
- Anything MailQL isn't sure of is highlighted for you to check, with the words from the email it came from.
- Download the table as CSV whenever you like, send each new row to a webhook (Zapier and Make included), or ask questions like "how many this month?".
